Her qualifications, including a Bachelor of Education and a specialized certification in Personal, Executive, and Leadership Life Coaching from Kingston College in Dublin, Ireland, empower her with the expertise to guide women on their journey towards personal and professional excellence.

Sport, Leadership, & Building Successful Teams.

During her celebrated sports career, Claire won four All-Ireland titles with Wexford Camogie and earned three All-Star awards. These experiences taught her the power of teamwork, resilience, and strategic thinking.

Now, she channels these winning principles into her coaching, helping clients cultivate collaboration, mental toughness, and a winning mindset in their personal and professional lives.

A True Lover Of The Arts. 

Claire starred in several musicals and played a role in the Irish-language film "Róise agus Frank." Her talents extended to coaching, where she was a prominent coach on the "Underdogs" series on TG4 in Ireland, mentoring aspiring athletes to success.

Claire is a passionate advocate of the Irish language. She taught it for 20 years in Ireland and continues to teach it part-time at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Her dedication to the language and culture is a testament to her commitment to preserving and promoting Irish heritage.
