My Story
I love life. I’ve traveled the World twice. I grew up on a farm in Ireland. I’ve played the sport for 35 years. I am a fluent Irish Speaker.
I’m raising 2 children with my husband. I’m a life coach, a teacher, a sportswoman, a sibling, a friend, a keen musician, and an actress.
I have spent a lot of my life outside of my comfort zone! I want to share this Growth Mindset with you.
The Early Days
Growing up on a dairy farm in Ireland taught me responsibility, hard work, and dependability.
Yes! I milked cows, chased sheep on the mountain, fed animals, jumped off hay bales, and took chances for fun! I did it, along with my parents and 5 siblings.
It was a real (and difficult at times) life experience and has made me who I am today.
My Sporting Life
I played our National Team Sport GAA to the highest elite level.
The fastest field sport in the world. I developed a huge understanding of mental and physical fitness.
I learned how to try my best always, be brave and competitive, upskill and keep going even in the hard times.
It taught me accountability and to be there for other people when they were struggling.
Media, Broadcasting & Stage
Sports Analysis with Irish TV and Radio Channels RTÉ and TG4 developed organically from playing at an elite level and I am hugely passionate about it!
I have performed onstage since I was 4 years old. Musical Theatre, Drama, and in recent years in the Irish film ‘Róise agus Frank’ (2022) and Irish T.V. Series ‘Underdogs’ (2022).
Profession Career
At 20, I qualified as a teacher. 22 years later I still love to teach, enable and facilitate as a Wellness Facilitator.
I facilitate staff bodies to take care of themselves and their establishments.
My natural growth towards Coaching came through my life experiences and my Advanced Diploma in Personal Leadership and Executive Caoching from the highly acclaimed, Kingstown College, Dublin, Ireland.
